Well I just bought my first remaster CD. I had to get VHI of course
Which remaster sounds the most improved to you guys?

Probably Diver Down or VHII. They just sound much better than the original CD's.

I only got VHI and I can't notice a difference except that it's louder.

1984 remastered is a revelation .. real bass
the 'normal' cd always had naff sound compared to the lp..!

Fair Warning. The intro to Mean Street remastered is a revelation.
1984 improved with the remastering as well. Specifically House of Pain and Drop Dead Legs. They got cleaner and louder.(pretty smile)

Does anyone know the exact date of when the remasters came out????
It will be interesting to see if they remaster the Sammy era. Maybe then we can actually hear some of Michael's bass on OU812.
