Although I haven't analyzed it really closely or anything, the element that emerges from the sky and comes tumbling down like a hammer and bashes me on the cranium the most is how Ted Templeman and Donn Landee took this foursome with their talented gift of raw youthfull electromagnetic energy and created the story of the creation of the Van Halen universe when they molded and sculpted what was to become Van Halen I. We all know how great Edward and Alex and Michael and Dave are...but the real under-rated (or maybe just under-publicized) geniuses of the Halen legacy are Templeman and Landee.
...what do you do when the bureaucracy that's supposed to help you...WANTS YOU DEAD? www.callumhouston.com

Well, I dont think anybody can argue with what you said about Templeman and Landee. However, talking about the demo now on un-radio, I've been listening to it a LOT!! I really like the version of "House of Pain" they do, It sounds so good, if they could've just re-mastered that demo version onto 1984 I think it would've been lots better. ...but that's just my opinion...Live well,
Work hard,
and ROCK ON!
~EvA~
