does anyone who lives in australia know what the story is with the remasters releases in australia..date? and if i have to import (which i will most likely have to as the shit is sooooooooo slow to get here) which site is the best deal?

Ok man, I picked up a couple at redeye records, in bathurst st sydney last week - they had them all but i just bought 2 to check them out, they were 28 bucks each. they have a website at www.redeye.com.au

having decided they were worth getting, i ordered the other 4 from america at www.towerrecords.com - even with the postage included I'm gonna save 26 bucks on the 4 (as compared to going back to redeye)... I'll fill you in on how long they took to arrive etc once they get here.

Hope this helps.. in regards to shit being slow to get here, we actually got vh3 a day before they did in the US. hopefully when something new is released the same will happen and we can tease all our friends across 'the pond' for a little while heheheh

thanks goo,,,how long did it take to get the cds from redeye???? i have ordered dvds through an american site but it took about a month (which is still pretty good). i would rather pay the extra if it takes a shorter period of time till i wack in the lads.

can i also say that this is bullshit.....you got a query about the boys and you come here and query answered. ain't modern technology a marvel...it is great to be a part of this site.

I dunno what redeye's deliver service was like man, I just walked past it, and went in for a browse. I cant actually find the remasters on their online store, but im sure they could help if you shot 'em an email

Well I got my cd's today from tower, no problems at all, boxed up nice, 1 week delivery time... sweet!

4 discs was 86 bucks australian, thats about a 28 dollar saving as I said (thats delivery inclusive). Very happy with the service!

Maybe you should support "The Inside" and give them some business. Six CD's will cost ya $US76 to get them posted to you and you should have them within a couple of weeks. Although the Australian Dollar is not so flash at the moment, the CD's should not cost you more than $AUD25 each. I must add that Warner Brothers Australia is shite.

no question about that. check this out for a slap in the face....i phoned warners to see if and when they would be released here, and she asked me who are they and are they connected with the company. i was so pissed off, that i just hung up without saying another word (it went like this...excuse me sir, can you spell me that as i have never heard of them and i don't think they are a warner brothers connected band....click), incredibly rude, however, having a phone hung up on her ear was a lot better than if i had stayed on the line. good knows what i would have said. unbelievable and totally unacceptable.
