Really good and really tough question.
I like '1984' into 'Jump'. There's also
'Eruption' into 'You Really Got Me'.
Another good one for me is 'You're No Good'
into 'Dance The Night Away'.
One more would be 'Dreams' into 'Summer Nights'.

I like CSLY into DTM(WLCD) on Balance since it's a total 180 as far as styles of music goes. You go from a light ballad right into WA WA WA WA WA WA WA WA - probably the hardest VH song opening.
