Really good Eddie. Since Hader does a good Pacino, you can hear that Dave and Pacino are kind of in the same range where you do a slight inflection and you can do either.

Henry Rollins has told the exact same story, so it's true. I think the only difference is that it was Dave's bodyguard, not Dave himself with the trench coat full of beer.

I also like that Hader wrapped it up by saying Roth “did not disappoint,” that he was actually “sweet,” and they all loved the guy. Nice antidote to all the stories of band members being dysfunctional, diva assholes. Like everyone else, these guys have both good and bad sides— heightened, of course, because of the attention and fame.

But they’re just dudes. For all the Edward horror stories, there are just as many people who say he was a shy, sweet guy. Even Hagar gets both “narcissistic jerk” and “down-to-earth nice guy” in pretty much equal measure.
