It's all so ridiculous to me. A college athlete is not a professional athete. Scholarship recipients receive a free education, room, board, and a few other perks. That's all they should recieve. The NCAA needs to end NIL and the transfer portal.

They have 5 qbs on the Browns preseason roster. You typically carry 2 on the active roster unless you have a running qb. And one on the taxi squad. So barring injury probably 2 guys are going to be let go by September and I doubt Flacco would put up with the taxi squad at his age so he would retire once again first. Only 3 exibition games to show your worth so you better make plays in August or be gone in September. Browns preseason should be good tv.

About the only guarantee is that Cleveland will end up making the wrong decision. They should’ve stuck with Mayfield.

The NCAA makes over a billion on the playoffs alone, not even counting all the bowl games and regular season games. I'd rather the money go to the athletes generating it than some old white dude at the NCAA.

They just drafted a kicker and he must have looked marvelous at the mini camp over the weekend. Now their second round pick only has 2 sexual misconduct accusations against him. Much better than 16.

Wow! I take it he’ll probably miss half the year after the NFL is done with him anyway. Hopefully he’ll get signed by an AFC North team just to make it interesting in the future!

They would have saved 15 million if they cut him after June 1. My guess is a huge suspension. His hot wife hasn't filed for divorce yet. He's fucked.
