    Starless, easily.

The last album of OG King Crimson & one of their top 3.

Genesis with Hackett,Banks,Collins,Rutherford , with or without Gabriel is my favorite of the three bands. I listened to Wind and Wuthering so many times I destroyed the vinyl.

That's a dangerous battle for hardcore prog guys, almost a fight-level situation, if prog guys ever fought.
    Top of the mountain stuff.

I'd go for supper's ready. Big Yes fan, but I think Closer to the Edge isn't their best stuff.

At just over 12 minutes, Starless is practically a radio ready pop song. 23 minute Supper's Ready for the win.

    Thumbs up

    Nice thread!

I'd go with Genesis here and I'm not the biggest fan of Gabriel as their lead singer. The point is that some days ago The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway celebrated its 50th anniversary. And that made me listen to all their old catalogue again in more than 03 decades. I started to listen to Foxtrot 02 days ago, btw. As much as I like both Starless and Close to the Edge (they have Bill Bruford!!), Supper's hooked me.

This is the supper of the Mighty One
Lord of Lords, King of Kings.

I saw Yes do that tour when they played the entire extended versions . No Wakeman I fell asleep. Rabin made them better.
