Quick question, why not have Mike's bass track on it and call it "Van Halen" instead of just Ed and Al? Sam said the song is complete. Meaning with Michael's bass part too. Why isn't it included?

Because despite the mentions of Mike in AL'S book... Mike isn't a part of the equation.
