Sheffield Arena 1993.. VH played well but the crowd was quite boring.. Had it been Glasgow they would have blown the roof off!!!!
LOUD - DLR SECC Glasgow 1991 opening night, that was bloody loud! Good show tho!

1991. Lakewood amphitheater. Alice In Chains opened.

Loved them before. But that concert changed my life.

2/26/92-Roanoke,Va. Me and 2 of my buddies all took off from our jobs early that day to make the two hour trek to Roanoke. Everything was GA still then so I wanted to get the best seat possible. We went to the McDonalds across the road from the civic center to use the restroom when we got there because doors were not open yet. They had a pic on the wall of the Marquee of the civic center in 1984 when VH was there. I missed the show in 86 because my brother was afraid he would be too tired to go to his college class the next day. Ugh! Baby Animals was a good opener and at one point the drummer did a short solo and a piece of the scoreboard in the center of the arena fell off from the vibration. I was almost hyperventilating while they were setting up Van Halen's stage. I remember Eddie had seven 5150 stacks on his side of the stage. The show was freaking amazing and I was on cloud 9 the whole night. I think that was the last time they ever played Roanoke. Thankfully I got to see them again in 95, 04, 07, and 2015.

    Largo, MD - November 1982.

Don't remember if it is the famous one or not. I was a couple weeks from turning 12 years old, my mind was spinning, it was so much to take in.

I pretty much remember going and a few snippets. Not knowing anything about music, I walked out of their thinking that David Lee Roth was the coolest thing I had ever seen.
If I don't respond to you it means I have you on ignore, which means you are a douchenozzle.

Emperor Brett - "I can't believe you guys are analyzing song-by-song Van Halen III? What next, analyzing the script of Stroker Ace looking for some shred of Citizen Kane?"

David Lee Roth did the impossible. He made Van Halen better. Deal with it!

7-11-1993 at Star Lake outside of Pittsburgh. An amazing show! Got the big surprise of them playing Unchained and Rockin in the Free World.

DLR was pretty damn cool from 1978-1984.

When I saw them on the Heatseeker Tour, I don't remember it being that bad, but I missed Razor's Edge tour.

The loudest I have personally ever heard was GNR on the UYI Tour. That literally hurt my ears, not sure my hearing has ever been the same.

8/14/1986 at the Worcester Centrum. Bizarrely, it was also my paralegal's first VH concert, though we did not meet until 20-something years later.

Poison's Flesh and Blood tour was obnoxiously loud. I have to mention again that Sam's show in Cincy on August 22 was an ear piercing experience, as well.

Poison at any volume is obnoxious.

    Feb, 4th and 14th 1984 Charlotte N.C.

Two times in one month and the first band that I ever saw twice on the same tour. Both shows kicked ass.
