Something worth releasing. A demo of an unreleased song, maybe one that was fully recorded but just didn't make the cut for an album, Ed noodling even if it's stuff we've heard a thousand times (like when he met Jason Becker). Even a snippet from a song as third-tier as Up For Breakfast. This clip is clearly Twister era yet any 34 seconds from Respect the Wind or Humans Being would have been great whilst this clip just meanders. Considering Riffmaster Ed supposedly recorded hours and hours of footage, I bet you could press play on any random tape and find better material.

Al releases clip from unfinished song
It’s just nice to hear Ed guitar and Al’s drums one more time.
I just shake my head at the attitude of some of you.
Negative about everything.Webmaster

I made one post. The other two were in response to two people who responded and asked questions - WTF do you expect me to to? Is the expectation now to shut down when someone replies? No doubt if I had done just that then my silence would have been seen as proof that I was being contrarian.
Considering you took it upon yourself to repeatedly post in the Oasis thread about how you and your friends think they're crap, no one you knew listened to them, and your shock at their support on the board, I'd give this angle a pass if I were you.Beat dead horse much?
Strawmanning doesn't suit you.We get it. It’s not as cool as Liam Gallagher and Oasis.
I was underwhelmed by the clip. Big deal. Meanwhile, others actively voice their hate for full songs such as Up For Breakfast, Catherine, Feel so Good, Jump - even the entire Van Hagar years - so I'm pretty sure my crime here, whatever the fuck it apparently is, is way down the list of offences that need to be called out.

Like what I said in the Oasis thread. If you like it great. I like it because its something I never heard from his fingers or Alex's hands before. Eddie could play Basket Case and I would dig it. He is dead and unless something like this is put out, we aint hearing anything for the 1st time anymore.
I don't expect anything from the vaults to be on par with any of the albums but I also imagine that some of it could be better than Its About Time. Shit there could be a recording of Eddie doing something along the vein of How Many Say I, and I would like it. Maybe not as much 5 days from now and certainly 5 months but if its something I never heard, its cool. I don't care what it freaking is. He is dead.

for me it was always Van Halen and then there was everyone else. yes, some bands were huge during that time but I didn't think any of them were on VH's level, With Dave or With Sam. Bon Jovi? ...
Van Halen with Sammy Hagar vs...
