Congrats to Chourio of the Brewers for hitting 20 HRs and stealing 20 bases at 20 years old. I know he's not going to be the ROTY since he plays for a small market team, but being the youngest player in MLB history to do it is news worthy. Go Brewers!!
    Just go for it!

    Default MLB 2024

The Dodger pitching staff is just fucking killing them. Killing them!

Next year, if they don’t address this fucking issue, they will never win.

I’m not saying they can’t win it this year because I don’t think there’s any dominant team in baseball at all. Every potential playoff team has flaws. Any team that makes the playoffs this year can win it. Frankly, I think Arizona is the scariest team in the NL because if they get any kind of pitching, they score a ton of runs on everybody. But even if the Dodgers somehow manage by some miracle to win this thing, they still have serious pitching issues.

The fact that Ohtani might have to pitch in the playoffs this year is fucking pathetic.

However, they did make two brilliant trades this year. Getting Tommy Edman was a stroke of genius. He’s been nothing short of amazing. And so has Jack Flaherty. I don’t know where they’d be right now without what those guys have been doing the last month. Besides Ohtani and Betts of course.

You guys got Flaherty from my Tiger but it seems to have worked out for both sides....he has been great for you and we got some prospects and adjusted/started winning thereafter.....rare win/win.

Between the Stafford/Goff trade and now this the Detroit/LA mojo seems to be working!
    It's 5150 time!

Since the 2024 MLB All-Star Game on July 16, the Baltimore Orioles have posted a win-loss record of 29-32 as of mid-September.

Great moment at the Stadium last night.

About time he snapped out of his homerless streak.

Well next year you'll have Ohtani on the mound. Glasnow was a good addition, but he can't stay healthy.

Apparently might have Ohtani in the playoffs this year. And it’s not like he’s not injury prone as a pitcher either.

EVERY starting pitcher on the staff has been hurt this year, except for Flaherty, who they just got.

It’s honestly kind of amazing they’re still hanging on to first with how bad the pitching is.

Look if they were healthy and you have Ohtani, Yamamoto, Flaherty, and Glasgow, yeah that’s a pretty good fucking staff. But none of these guys are ever healthy.

    Glasnow

    9-6, 3.49 era , 134 IP , 160 strikeouts , .95 whip

    Pepiot

    8-6 , 3.76 , 115 IP, 119 strikeouts, 1.17 whip.

Oh and only one of these guys will be healthy to pitch in October.

Dodgers got big problems, why is their whole pitching staff injured.

Can Ohtani pitch yet. Good grief

Glasnow is a much better pitcher than Pepiot. He’s an All-Star. That was a good trade. He just can’t stay healthy.

Well they knew that about Glasnow when they got him.

He’s never pitched more than like 130 innings ever
