One thing I wish they would do in baseball is get rid of coaches wearing uniforms. I really don't see the purpose in it at this point outside of tradition.

Yeah, that's one of the few things I like about Aaron Boone. He doesn't wear the uniform jersey, he'll usually have on a Yankees' training shirt on or something casual. Not sure but I believe he still wears the uniform pants.

At least we don't have manager Jim Leyland smoking in the dugout anymore. LOL

Earl Weaver smoked in the dugout usually on the steps to the clubhouse entrance .You couldn't see him great but the smoke was pretty clear.

Lamar Jackson has lost a step. I saw him get caught from behind several times last season and one was in the AFC championship. The first thing you do is lose weight. He needs to throw the ball and come from behind in January then February. His legs will age first.

these guys that come into the league that can run need to take a similar approach as pitchers that come into the game bringing heat, then have to learn how to pitch as they get older. Lamar needs to learn how to pitch.
