I don’t even really understand why they made it. So that Wolfgang could have his name on a Van Halen record? I guarantee that was probably it.

One of the least creative Van Halen albums ever. Old demos that were dead 25 years earlier. The songwriting was phoned in.

I love ADKOT. I cried when it was released. My daughter was born on the same day. My wife told me to "Go to Tower Records, babe. I understand. I'll text you when she's here."

It was like that scene in Rocky II when Adrian told Rocky "to win."..

I seem to recall Ed in an interview somewhere alluding to that, to "I wanted to Wolf to see how the process is done", something like that. And the lesson Wolf got from it was "fuck that, this is way too dysfunctional, I am going to do it all myself!"
