Amsterdam and Aftershock are both great too! Get Up or Judgement Day would also be cool to hear Joe crank out.

If I'm not misremembering this, they played "Judgement Day" on last year's tour.

Every night, I think. Certainly did in Charlotte.
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em. -

I lost interest in the tour at some point. Just watched a few live versions few minutes ago for the first time. Satch is definitely leading the pack. As for Sam, well, time is a bitch.

Sam sounds fine. He’s 77 years old. And he sounded great when I saw him. Show me another singer in this genre of music that even comes close to doing what Sam can at 77. There isn’t one. And no, Mick Jagger doesn’t sound anywhere near as good. He never had the same kind of voice as Sam anyway.

Most of the guys from the 70s are either dead or can barely move, let alone sing. And guys from the 80s, who are 15 years younger than Sam, most of them can’t sing for shit anymore.

Yeah, you got the age factor, the traveling and the fact that these people have access to pretty much anything want. Yeah, that's beneficial in many ways, but it also allows these people to be able to fully indulge in any self-destructive habits imaginable. Its shocking when these folks can still be a functional as Sam is at that this age.

Yeah, it makes me jealous. I see Sammy moving around stage easily at 77. I saw Mick Jagger literally running and skipping on a HUGE stage last year at freaking 80. Keith Richards on the same stage, same age, moving easily. Saw Kevin Cronin at age 72, moving well. Tommy Shaw at 70 moving all over the stage.

I saw all those guys just last year, and I'm limping from the car to my seats. They can say how hard the show business life is...and maybe mentally it is sometimes, but physically it's a freakin breeze compared to working a real job. No way these dudes are in this kind of shape if they worked their whole career at a car dealership or some retail place, walking around on concrete all day.

Wish I was in as good a shape, and I'm only 59

Sam eats healthy, takes care of himself, and frankly has a positive attitude which always helps your health in any scenario. But he’s always taken care of his voice. He’s not a smoker.

I dont think he's ever drank as much as he kind of leads people to believe. Not that he wants people to think he's a drunk

Yup, you can't move like that and look like that at his age if you drink.

Sam for sure drinks, I just think he does a lot of healthy stuff as well. I know he eats pretty healthy. If you look at what he looks like now compared to like 10 years ago, he’s lost a lot of weight.

Sammy sounded great at my show (Saratoga).

Also saw Priest last year, Halford sounded incredible. Those are 2 old guys that impressed me vocally in 2024.
