Personally think a better way to do this would be just their post VH material, but hey, it's your game.

Three Sides To Every Story (Extreme)

Chickenfoot III (Chickenfoot) (see, I am not the DLR homer everyone makes me out to be)

A Little Ain't Enough (David Lee Roth)

Three Lock Box (Sammy Hagar) (don't really like this album either, but I have no idea what Six is)

Eat 'Em And Smile (David Lee Roth)

    Never Said Goodbye (Sammy Hagar)

    DLR Band (David Lee Roth)

    Pornograffitti (Extreme)
If I don't respond to you it means I have you on ignore, which means you are a douchenozzle.

Emperor Brett - "I can't believe you guys are analyzing song-by-song Van Halen III? What next, analyzing the script of Stroker Ace looking for some shred of Citizen Kane?"

David Lee Roth did the impossible. He made Van Halen better. Deal with it!

A man's rights rests in three boxes: the ballot box, the jury box, and the cartridge box

Hurricane Halen - Let's all gingery touch our sword tips!!!

I think the Montrose debut might be my favorite album in this tournament. That being said, it might not even make it out of the first round.

There's my walking my dog album for today. Time to hear this. Brook downplays the influence of that album but I remember being 18 and hanging with guys in their mid to late 20's...they're in their 60's now. Yikes! Old coworkers.

All mentioned the Montrose debut. You had to have been a certain age when it hit.

You had to be in the right locale too. Their biggest fan base was the Cali area. In the East Coast it was zip.

The first time I ever heard of Montrose was from a Malcolm Dome book published in 1981.

They just didn't have as big an impact and were done by their second album. When Sam joined Van Halen they got more attention but not much. As for the east coast Sam had shit that bed years before Van Halen so there ya go.

But I have heard the album and it is just eh.
