Amsterdam and Aftershock have always been my two favorite tracks from Balance. It was nice to see that so many of my fellow Linkers agree.

They played both quite a bit on the 1995 Tour.

    per setlist fm:

    around 81 times for Amsterdam

    around 71 times for Aftershock

From Balance, Seventh Seal actually was the most played in 1995, over 100 times. It was also the only Balance song that got played in 2004.

They also played CSLY and Feelin a ton in 1995, over 100 times each.

They rotated quite a few songs in... Big Fat Money, Don't Tell Me and Not Enough all got a lot of play.

Just gonna say it. Lost me after Balance. I didn't think it was very good record. It had no "bangers". It was to me a very almost TOO mature VH. I can't explain it. The fun was gone. It was "subdued" in a way if that makes sense. Then 3 on the heels of that?

that's another one of those things there - if the brothers didn't like it, why would they still play it? Not like it was the big hit single and you have to play it.

    I agree!

Afar from the wham bam thing that EVH mentioned not liking it, the tune is outstanding.
A kick ass tune no matter what and both Edward and Alex probably enjoyed it a lot!
