I don't think it is going to be the woman's vote per se as much as it is going to be the young woman's vote. I don't think the pollsters know how to poll or count these voters as they do not want to be polled. So there may be a massive underestimation of that voting block

The polls are messed up. Too many pollsters using too many techniques an combining techniques and trying to not be caught like they were in 2016 by grossly undercounting either party.

Then there are the predictions that are not even polls but are betting odds and that is a whole nuther story.

They can't even look at the advance voting as an indicator anymore. It use to be a sign of Democrat strength but polls on that using demographic statistics are mixed.

Personally? I predict the race is not going to be as close as people think it is going to be unless of course it turns out to be close in which case I was right.

Damn, my girl reminded me today is All Saints Day. Didn't mean to be so out of pocket. I've always identified with St. Peter, even tho he's not my patron saint. He was one Christ's closest Apostles and was put to death upside down. Any time I've seen inverted crosses it really haunts me, especially during my Satanic years back in the 80s. I'm not like that anymore but I hope I've grown to be a better human being these days.

The main two I have talked about were the most accurate in the last two elections. Which obviously includes the election Trump lost. So, noting them and their accuracy actually does the opposite of what you say. They were the most accurate in predicting that Trump lost the 2020 election.

They could be wrong this time of course.

Liz Cheney urges George W. Bush to endorse Harris: 'I think it's time

Former Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., is calling on former President George W. Bush to endorse Vice President Kamala Harris.

Cheney made the comment during a Friday episode of The New Yorker Radio Hour.

"I can't explain why George W. Bush hasn't spoken out but I think it’s time, and I wish that he would," Cheney said.

This comes after Cheney and her father, former Vice President Dick Cheney, who served under Bush, endorsed Harris for President. The former Republican congresswoman has been campaigning with Harris in recent weeks.

Bush's daughter, Barbara, has also endorsed Harris and is campaigning for the vice president.

"It was inspiring to join friends and meet voters with the Harris-Walz campaign in Pennsylvania this weekend," the former first daughter told People Magazine on Tuesday. 'I'm hopeful they'll move our country forward and protect women's rights."

But the former president and his wife, Laura, have said they have no plans to endorse a presidential candidate.

If memory serves, I don't think either Bush has weighed in on politics after they left office, and I think that is the correct approach, I don't like ex POTUS becoming versions of James Carville after they leave office.

Dubbya is not a dummy.

You best believe that he thinks just like McConnell, Biden and the rest of them. But he knows that if he officially crosses that line, his reputation as a "conservative" is completely gone. Outside of some of the more elderly Republicans that's hates Trump.

It's kind of funny that he has to hold back on criticism of a Populist to protect his image as a conservative. Which, he isn't really a conservative anyway. Not the kind he wants himself to be viewed as. He does care about how he is viewed.

Bitch McConnell and Liz do not. Liz will probably be on CNN or MSNBC when this is over. That's were her grift will be. The left wing corporate news channel "conservative". Bitch McConnell looks to be leaving.

That said, Bush has made some comments that has tipped his hand. A few years ago, buy he probably will not go all in.

I find it so ironic that a VP who polled at 12% when he left is now considered a great guy along with his daughter. Doesn't mean that Trump isn't an asshole but when you consider the amount of damage Dick and GW did to this country, it far outweighs what Donald did in his 4 years. Thousands of men and women dead. Hundreds of thousands carrying physical or mental scars from the war.

Yet they are the good guys because you know Trump. I get Trump but on the scale of fuck ups Iraq War V2 is like my Browns Desean Watson trade. The ultimate fuck up.
