No it's not but I have been up since 4am yesterday so there you have it. If I don't get like 3 hours of sleep or something soon I just might see Brad Pitt soon (Fight Club reference).

I'm just glad California seems to be waking up and smelling the coffee with kicking George Gascon to the curb and putting the kibosh on Prop 5 and passing Prop 36. And you can bet the late night talk show drones like Kimmel, Colbert, etc are secretly thanking the Gods that they'll have plenty of Trump material to bitch about for the next 4 years. Before I head out for the night. I want you guys to understand this purely from my perspective with this website.

This is not a political website. This is a site about Van Halen. We came together because of the band.

When everyone starts posting tomorrow, I expect it to stay civil, and that goes for everyone on both sides. If I get an inkling that it is out of control I’m going to close down the political forum tomorrow and that’s gonna be the end of it. I’ve already told the moderators this place will not get out of hand over this election. And I mentioned this to everyone earlier in the year that we were not going to divide the site over it.

I really didn’t want to have to say this, but I just have a really bad feeling about how out of hand this is going to get tomorrow morning. And I’m asking you guys to please behave like adults. And most of all respect the fact that in the end we’re all Van Halen fans and that’s why we’re here. It’s not about a presidential election.

The people have spoken, no need to dunk. I, like most people, just want the country and the world to be the best it can be. I don't wish harm on anyone. Let's all pull in the same direction and make everyone successful. Maybe that's too much of a pipe dream and politics gets in the way, but I do hope we move forward as a nation and work together.

Just tell them if they get out of hand their punishment will be to listen to VH3 from start to finish, lol.

I'm really not herd to fight anymore. Life is too short, and people shouldn't tear each other apart over this.
