She's probably wise to deny a Fox debate. It would basically be like debating Trump at one of his rallies.

And, on the flip side, I can kind of understand Trump denying the ABC debate since it's no longer with Biden.

On the surface, both candidates look a little weak in declining the debates, however.

Trump already debated, tho. He doesn't NEED to debate again in all reality. She's hasn't debated. Once Sleepy abdicated, it's a whole new race. New rules. She should debate on Fox. Shows presidential material courage just like he goes into these lions dens and gets crucified. Trump is declining nothing. He's just setting new terms. That's his perogative as someone who's been in this race from the get-go and seeing it thru unlike the other party.

I'm not denying anything about George--he shouldn't moderate.

I'd prefer no audience. Let the tv audience make their own conclusions without the influence of a crowd reaction. Then it wouldn't matter as much where the debate was.

The 2020 election is like Covid, people are immovable from their positions.

But any unbiased person who looks at what happened comes away thinking some questions need to be answered. We're talking 30-40 thousand votes here. Also, hard to get to the bottom when the courts refuse to hear your case.

But that's then, this is now and it makes no sense to rehash. Fact is, there are some problems already that should be rectified.

Yeah. I feel like he gets to dictate the terms of debate. She hasn't even done a bona fide press conference answering questions, and there are a LOT of questions. They're trying to skate by until the convention and all the Hawk tuah the media will gag on her. Translation: positive post convention poll numbers.
