Van Halen Live in Denver 1992

In honor of Ed's 68th birthday, here is a live show that I recorded with a walkman tape recorder when I was 17, so take it for what it is, some of it is hard to hear and this is not soundboard quality. It is from April 25th 1992 at McNichols arena in Denver, CO. Interesting note, this was the 2nd time they played Denver on the FUCK tour, a special birthday show for the local rock radio station KBPI. At the time, it was 105.9 KBPI, so tickets were only $10.59! Yes kids, concerts used to be very affordable!

Nice! Oh how the Walkman brings back so many wonderful memories! I had several of them but sadly they are long gone. Completely obsolete these days but godly back in the late 70s!

Thanks for posting this! Sounds pretty good considering. TDIO is one of my favorites.

You don't happen to have the infamous blizzard show from the Balance tour? - Fiddlers Green, September 20, 1995. Been looking for any audio or video of this one. It was an amazing experience.

Oh I wish! I've been asking on this site and VHTrading for years for anything, pics, audio, video. That is the holy grail show of possibly the whole Sammy era I would think. I knew if I took the old walkman to that show, it would've never survived the snow! still have my ticket though!

Agreed, it is my holy grail of concerts. The weather conditions made it difficult for any recording to exist, but I remain hopeful that it is out there somewhere, maybe at 5150!
Nice, poster/ticket framing. I still have my ticket too, somehow that survived the wet snow. You can see that KBPI transitioned to 106.7 sometime after the 1992 show and this show.
