I appreciate your position on this. I'll start with EVH gear. I think Ed's EBMM and Peavey USAs were his best signature guitars. I have a Striped Series that I bought in 2018, but I am just not that impressed with most of the EVH branded guitars. For what it's worth, I'm an amateur home player, so I may just not know shit from Shinola. When it comes to remixed or remastered music, I will have no qualms about purchasing and hopefully enjoying it. Ed's ear was much different in the latter part of his career and so was his sound. I hope someone is brought in to engineer a sound that comes closer to Ed's sound from '93-'95. (Edit: If we're getting Van Hagar remasters.)

Agreed. I’ve had a red white black striped series and a stealth 5150 series and the d-tuna never worked like the Peavey Wolf. I owned the stealth for a few weeks, the frets were terrible! Also his tone, I love him but the older I get I’m getting sick of that later compressed sound. You’re speaking a lot of sense.

Their cajun fries are the bomb.

The one next to my house is pretty damn good. I used to prefer our local Fuddrucker's, but they had a change in ownership and it has really gone downhill.

I think FUCK is a little muddy to be honest with you, to me, Balance is analog recording perfection.
