What is Van Halen's best "pop" song?

Jump is obviously their most popular "pop" song and Why Can't This Be Love is probably 2nd. This came on Sirius radio yesterday as I was driving to an appointment and, even though I've heard it hundreds of times over the last 43+ years I couldn't help but think that it just might be the best pure "pop" song that Van Halen ever wrote ..

Thoughts?

By definition I'd say it's got to be whatever song was most popular. My first reaction was that it's gotta be Jump or Why Can't This Be Love. And then sure enough, those are VH's top charters on the Billboard Top 100.

but I guess it is up to the listener to decide what is pop

I think Jump is even in another category, it's an anthem. It's the most played song at sporting event. I think it's maybe the best set of lyrics from Dave, because it's an attitude, a positive message. It's iconic.

Yes, we've heard it a million times - but it has stood the test of time.

WCTBL - 2nd
DTNA - 3rd

Somehow i feel the ballads, Dreams, LWI and WIL fall in a different category.

WIL might be VH's most beautiful song.

I'd say "Feel Your Love Tonight" is borderline pop. So much so that it should've been a single in 1978.

Yeah but it has less of a message than Jump. It's just a "I wanna get it on" song. Less powerful.

Feel Your Love Tonight is a perfect example of melodic rock. It was sort of the template for a lot of the hair bands of the 80s.

jump is fantastic as is WCTBL. I think WIL is almost a perfect pop-rock song. I don't consider Dreams to be pop rock, just cause it has keyboards in it doesn't make it a pop song. I've always loved LWI.
