Officiating in the nba seems to have gone downhill league wide past 4 years. It is very inconsistent
As a player you just want consistency regardless of tight or let em play

The gather add on a couple of years back has basically made the travel unenforceable. Terrible change.

You should go to a high school basketball game, will drive you nuts. It is nothing but carries, double dribbles, travels and missed three pointers. Great basketball. And yes, I realize how old that makes me sound.

I did yell out "box out, use your body" to my kid this weekend, but I'm reserved, I only talk to my own kid, rarely, and I do it during breaks, and just generic reminders.

But it's tough.

Just drives me crazy that my 6'6" 9th grader is Ferdinand the Bull in sports, but hey, I internalize that.

A chip off the old block

Restraint is so hard. Went through that with my oldest in baseball before he chose film making over MLB pursuit. Way easier said than done. Man the travel thing is a pain in the ass but dang you miss it when it ends.

The Warriors have seemed to be in a battle with the Refs almost every game....lol...

Steph Curry, one of the top players in the game gets fouled game in and game out..... Refs turn a blind eye..... no calls.. He has been noticeably more frustrated with the officiating this year.

Then you have Dray vs the Refs....lol...

That final they lost to the Cavs they allowed steph to be assaulted constantly and called nothing. One of the more obvious "we need to get player x a title" in league history.

I don’t know that that one play against the Kings was a foul. It looks like Monk goes straight up and Curry jumps into him. That’s definitely a call that could’ve gone either way. Not the same as LeBron being hacked right across the fucking arm. But NBA refs suck anyway.
