It looks like there will be a first time Stanley Cup champion this year! Either The Panthers or Golden Knights.

Congratulations to the Panthers. It was an exciting finish to the game. Carolina tied the game with around 2 minutes left in the 3rd. Then Matthew Tkachuk scored the game winner with just 4 seconds left in the 3rd to win the series!

The Panthers took out the President Trophy winning Bruins, then the over-rated Leafs, now they swept Carolina in 4! Just one more team for them to beat for their first Stanley Cup in their history.

Fun game to watch last night.

Matthew Tkachuk came up big in all 4 games. He also played great in his own end.

VEGAS will most likely be favored in the Finals. We will see if they can wrap up a sweep as well tonight.

It was nice to see Jaromir Jagr in the stands, I saw him signing Jagr jersey's for fans. He ended his NHL career as a Panther I remember. He's still playing hockey on a Czech team at age 51!

I was shocked Dallas couldn't even score a goal. Many of their fans left before the start of the 3rd.

It's been over 10 days since The Panthers played. Hopefully that means they are well rested and healed. I do worry the long layoff might have killed a bit of their momentum. I guess we will find out.
