Default Sammy guests on new Megadeth record on the cover of This Planet's On Fire!

Sammy may have never sung with Pantera, but no one can say he didn't sing with Megadeth!

    Confirmed by Dave Mustaine:

This Planet's On Fire has a sick guitar riff!

Interesting. I don't know any Megadeth tunes, but I do know who Dave Mustaine is. I'll give the single a listen.

That picture of him looks strange to me

I love this news. Can't wait to hear Megadeth's treatment of Sam's kickass tune, with Sam in the mix.

I bet it will be good. Dave Mustaine has admitted before that he was heavily influenced by Sammy and Montrose. They have a song called "Of Mice and Men" that is a lyrical ripoff of Montrose's "Make It Last."

I didn't know that!! Thanks for sharing it!

NOT a hagarita fan. But a mega master pro millenium 3000 turbo Mustaine's fan.

Not so sure if I'll listen to that tune. Maybe not, maybe not again.

If you guys think Sammy is prone to exaggeration and bending the truth, he's an oak tree compared to Dave Mustaine.

He has Ice-T guest performing on another tune. Here's what Dave has to say about that:

"It's all the black-ops helicopters that go in at night, nobody knows they're there, they're in, they're out, and I had my buddy Ice T join me on a part in the middle of it, because Ice was a Ranger in the army, and he did two tours over in Afghanistan – I think that was back in '91, when I first met him. I know he was a Ranger."

Ice-T was in Afghanistan in 1991 as a Ranger? Uh, no. He served 4 years in the Army in the 25th Infantry as PFC. He was never deployed.

Dude is a seriously talented guitar player. A horrible singer. But he's always been a nutjob. Putting him in front a mic and letting him go is always highly entertaining.

But he's a Christian and found God so he's good in my book.

Ice-T most likely told him that stuff. Ice-T has claimed before that he was an Army Ranger and used to rob banks and do jewelry heists.......he apparently went AWOL and was kicked out of the Army and may not even have made it through basic training. Dave Mustaine does get a lot of stuff wrong though, so who knows.
