This is a much better show than Tokyo Dome...why in the hell did they pick Tokyo Dome?
If I don't respond to you it means I have you on ignore, which means you are a douchenozzle.

Emperor Brett - "I can't believe you guys are analyzing song-by-song Van Halen III? What next, analyzing the script of Stroker Ace looking for some shred of Citizen Kane?"

David Lee Roth did the impossible. He made Van Halen better. Deal with it!

Dave sounds better at this show. They should have chosen a different show to release and doctored it a bit in the studio.

Yeah, the band sounds a bit more 'on it' as well, if that makes sense.

I know it has been said to death, but out of hundreds of shows, why they picked Tokyo Dome is simply beyond me.

If VH wanted to release a live record with Dave, then they should have traveled back to 1981. I would much rather have had a studio follow-up to ADKOT, even it was an EP, than Tokyo Dome.

I do think 1981 was VH's pinnacle as a live act.

I think he sounds pretty good on that.

Some people like Bob Dylan, and I don't think much of him. Different strokes.
