..the price of these has gone up ridiculous amounts since Dave announced his retirement

Do you think more tickets may be released, or is it with waiting to see if the price of the resales ones drop?

Looks like a lot of touts bought them up soon after the announcement and hoping to make a fast buck

I am considering travelling from the UK for a show. I have been to Vegas before, but never at New Year. Does the price of hotels etc rocket as well?

I was at work in the middle of a shit show and got two for like $68 bucks a piece for GA. I'm just happy to be inside the venue.

Yeah, the 31st is just dumb in vegas. It'll be 3 times the cost of the 30th.

I just looked at New years. Best Western and Travelodge are going for $375.00/night. Those are usually $99/night.

Of course they have, because they're all resales.

The tickets, when originally placed on sale, ranged from $63 to $130.

Add the fact that the Vegas HOB capacity is 1,800. So, a grand total of 9,000 tickets for 5 shows. Doesn't surprise me in the least that they're all technically sold out.
