ROMEO DELIGHT all the way! One of the most unique songs in the VH catalog. Possibly Ed's heaviest riff, one of his all time best blazing solos, one of the best VH breakdowns, and when the band comes FLYING out of that breakdown for the final chorus it literally sounds like a train going off the tracks. What a band. Alex is a beast on it, and I love that Ted kept his kick drum higher in the mix on this track. I wish the whole album had the kick mixed that high, especially on Everybody Wants Some and the blistering double kicks on Loss Of Control.

These are my two favorite CVH era songs. While I love RD, there is no greater Van Halen riff than Unchained. May the mighty Unchained reign supreme.
