New Van Halen book looking for fan input

Hey all!

I'm working on a book titled Van Halen: The Eruption and the Aftershock and looking for fan input. It's going to be the story of the band alongside interviews with artists and insiders who were there to witness the rise of the band and ensuing influence on music. The particular part I want to talk to fans about is the divide between Dave and Sammy. I've already gotten plenty of people who love both eras of the group, but for those who have a strong preference for one and/or a strong dislike for the other, that's what I'm most interested in.
