From memory, this was filmed outside of the room Ed was in. The filmers weren't allowed in there but filmed through a window or something, which explains a lot of the background noise. I have this on DVD somewhere...

This would’ve been right around the “lost years” around ’99-‘03. Man, he had some rough NAMM appearances. There was ‘03 where he looked really bad, and probably not very pleasant to be around. And the ‘07 with the Frankie replica. He just looked like a homeless guy for a lot of the ‘00’s. Thankfully he eventually seemed to get it together.
