    "In a simple rhyme."

There's just SOMETHING about that song (or everything).
I still think that "You think you got the interest" part, is such an amazing hook.
That abrupt little musical riff, echoed by the chiming guitar, with Dave's stellar
    vocal on top...

And the way it ends, echoing the Angelic middle section...
It just makes the fur rise every time, because it's so beautiful, yet still badass.

That song takes you all over, and every part is great.

The demo had the seed of it, but the album version. PERFECTION.
Dave really changed the vocal melody and lyrics, made them great.

Two brilliant tunes that deserved to be massive radio hits, but never were:

    Simple Rhyme by VH.

    Tonight by Ozzy/Randy/Daisley.

Never understood why they were overlooked by rock radio in 80, 82.
That was the time for that great stuff, but radio fucked up on those two.

My favorite song by then. Killer riff, cool breakdown, anthemic ending.

    Ed in epic form:

    In a simple rhyme

    Hear about it later

    Girl gone bad

By the time 1984 hit with Jump, i was kind of off the VH train and falling
    in love with Metallica.

I got 1984 months after it came out, because i was getting into the heavier stuff.

I remember after 1984 & Jump passed, i REALLY liked every song after.

When i hit "Girl Gone Bad," i was blown away like the old days.

I remember thinking: My God, Ed is just a musical genius...

Id love to be responsible for that ass kicking intro, the mean riffage, and that sweet, choppy rhythm playing in the breakdown.
