Good interview. I couldn't help but notice Mike's comments regarding a tribute show for Ed's passing. He said the "music" needs to be celebrated.

FFS, blah blah blah Ray Danniel's.

We now know that the "Kitchen Sink Tour" was really never a reality, that it was going to be a CVH reunion with Wolf opening, and some dates with the Foo Fighters and/or Metallica.

I found a lot of that interview to be disingenuous regarding Van Halen.
If I don't respond to you it means I have you on ignore, which means you are a douchenozzle.

Emperor Brett - "I can't believe you guys are analyzing song-by-song Van Halen III? What next, analyzing the script of Stroker Ace looking for some shred of Citizen Kane?"

David Lee Roth did the impossible. He made Van Halen better. Deal with it!

They confuse the 2019 Reunion with what Wolf and Ed were discussing (Kitchen Sink Tour) because they do actually zero research.

Host is hacking a fucking dart during the interview, for fucks sakes.

I read your comment before watching the interview and was waiting for something that never happened. They really didn't talk much about VH at all. They probably talked more about Mike's 96 year old dancing dad than Ed.

They asked Mike how Gary Cherone ended up in the band. How do you answer that without mentioning Ray Daniels?

They asked about the monster reunion with everyone and Sam and Mike talked zero detail regarding that outside of, "what would have been great for the fans." Wolf was the one who brought up the Kitchen Sink Tour to the media and said Ed liked the idea and Wolf was at the point he was working on set lists that DLR himself saw. Would that have occurred after the CVH or maybe only a few shows on that CVH tour? Maybe but what does it matter now?

The lady at the end of the asked about would they be open to some type of Eddie tribute down the road. They said yes. Sam says he and Mike are carrying on the music the best they can.

I'm not sure what your issue was. What was disingenuous?

Yeah, I was expecting to hear Sammy go on about Danniels.

He was literally mentioned once by Miley about how Gary got the gig.

So now the Dave crowd is gonna say "Our 2019 VH tour is better than your 2020 VH tour" and the Sammy crowd the opposite. That seems to be the new thing.

Even though neither tour will ever happen.

We're really a special bunch out here. Gee.

    My thoughts exactly
What is understood need not be discussed

"Dont disturb my paradise. I've asked you once. I've asked you nice" - "SERIOUS JU JU"

"I am in a blissful state. Dont bug me!!!" - Richard Dreyfuss "The Goodbye girl" 1977

Was in a shitty mood when I watched and I have simply become tired of all of them.
