Did a Knick pod w my buddy Alan when the news hit. We laughed cause after a week of buzz NY basketball twitter will be asking about kids on the Knicks like when is Obi playing, will Iggy get any burn etc.... kids who barely play on a team that has been bad for 2 decades get more chatter and fans than KD Kyrie etc....

I thought Durant wouldn't have wanted to play with Harden, but then I read how Durant, Irving and Harden worked out together over the break, so maybe he does.

Would think Durant has a high enough basketball IQ to know that Harden is a net negative for the Nets, not a positive, but what the fuck do I know. Nothing.

I find it hard to believe that Kyrie Irving wanted Harden to come to the Nets. Dude couldn't wait to get away from Lebron so he could "be the man" and now he'll effectively be the #3 guy.

I’m not convinced Kyrie will ever play another game for the Nets. I feel like this move was kind of meant for life after Kyrie. The Nets can keep saying he’s gonna come back blah blah blah, but I am not on 100% percent convinced of that.

Interesting that the Rockets didn’t want him and they really didn’t want Ben Simmons in a trade either. I’m not a Simmons guy at all, I don’t get the hype on him so I kind of understand that. And obviously I understand why you wouldn’t want Irving.

I am kind of amazed at how he has turned out. Before Lebron there was only one time I can remember people talking about his behavior. He and Dion Waiters didn't like each other and I guess they was a ruckus in the locker room. Tristan Thompson I think got a black eye but that was it. People blamed it on Waiters. He didn't sound weird when doing interviews. Came off as intelligent and mature. Then something happened. Guy is a flake.
