That would be a missed window of opportunity. Many older VH vans will die by then.

The old songs from ADKOT were basiclaly from "the vault." At one time, the band thought these songs were not worthy of release. However, older songs such as She's the Woman and Outta Space were really good.

Like Seenbad, waiting a decade to release additional vault music will be a missed opportunity.

Not if they change the oil regularly and get a good tune up!

(There's gotta be a good tune up in that vault!)
Nature's intent is neither food, nor drink, nor clothing, nor comfort, nor anything else in which God is left out.

Whether you like it or not, whether you know it or not, secretly nature seeks, hunts, tries to ferret out the track on which God may be found. . .

The beach ball joke played on Dave that Wolf talked about starts at 1:26:21. You can see the mass of balls slowly making their way towards the stage lol. Though his memory is slightly off. It wasnt at the end of Jump, it was at the beginning of Unchained.

I don’t think Wolf or Al care about potential opportunities to make money, now that Ed is dead and the vault can be opened.

Die hards like us are the only ones on this planet who are ruminating and contemplating about whether or when they’ll be released.

It’s not high on the to-do list for Wolf or Al.

Sorry, I did not mean opportunity for making money at all. I meant opportunity to share music to people who would actually really love and appreciate it.

The vault situation doesn't have to be that complicated. If the device Ed used to record those tapes is broke, it can be fixed or replaced.
They don't necessarily have to go thru every single tape, they could pull down a few tapes in one day, find one where Ed is just jamming or rehearsing, and output a few tracks
into windows media, and share on his new website.. just a few tracks here and there.. everyone would be happy. It doesn't have to be some overproduced new VH cd for sale.
I am not expecting this from anyone, or complaining here. Just saying most people would enjoy a few tracks of Ed just jamming/practicing.. I think it would be cool regardless of what year it was recorded. I am also very excited to hear the new WG CD when that is released.. Can't wait.

Word. I found myself listening the other day to about 140 million versions of Girl Gone Bad versions, just idly in the background but still, just going "damn!" on each and every one.

Does anyone know why Roth was sitting on a chair while singing some of the songs during VH's last show?

I figured, that’s what you probably meant. I was a bit presumptuous assuming people meant money.

I just don’t think it’s high on their list. And I don’t blame them. Ed’s barely been dead for a month.

If I was Wolf, I would have been a lot less diplomatic when being asked about “the vault” after reading the non-stop speculation here.

“I’ll say this once...the vault shit will be released when it’s released. There is no timeframe.

My Father and best friend is dead and I’m still processing it. And I will be processing it and grieving for quite sometime.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t give a tuppenny fuck if you want to hear an unreleased B-side from the Fair Warning sessions, guys. Really, I couldn’t give a fuck. I’m sorry. In time the shit will come out because I know it means a lot to you. But please don’t start holding your breath now.”
