I'd buy it myself but just dont have the room for it. John Bonhams 1975 kit takes up a full room not to mention the Keith Moon drumsets hardly any room left for Cozy Powell's 1978 kit.

This is super cool but I have a hard time believing that it will get close to this amount. That is a crap ton of money and it takes up a crazy amount of space. I would like to be wrong on this but it would certainly need a buyer that had an awful lot of money to throw around.

It's such a cool kit, so seldom seen, which probably makes it more attractive.

Personally, I prefer the Fair Warning tour kit. Had the perfect sound. But the Invasion kit is definitely more unique.

FW kit is also my all time favorite kit, even with the outdated hardware(i.e. no rack system for all that gear!). But I'd say it's also pretty unique, in that it is actually a Vistalite kit that Al had painted black and white.

I knew a guy who worked as an upper manager for Social Security Administration and had about a million bucks in vintage guitars. He killed himself in 2005 or so and his brother told me among his collection he had an original fender teardrop white and late 50s tele in mint condition. He was also at one time one of the best local shredders in the Baltimore night club circuit. Big booze and drug abuser too.
