Default Wolfgang Van Halen Rolling Stone interview!

I didnít think that Wolf would have much of relationship with Dave, why would he? Dave and his father never had much of a relationship outside of the band so I couldnít imagine Wolfgang would have much in common with a man so much older than him anyway. Wolf probably has more in common with all of us than Dave frankly.

I don't know about that, when he mentioned people giving him a hard time about waiting so long to release his music and other negativity, I thought
for sure he was talking about the "countdown to wolf's new music" thread

I'm not entirely sure Wolf knows this place exists. If he did, he probably would have recognized early on that it wasn't the best place for him to peruse. I think he's talking more about the comments on his instagram and twitter. If you think people were brutal here, just read through some of those comments. Yikes.
CNN may think my opinion matters, but you shouldn't.

I can't articulate this well, but I am just so impressed with Wolf. All that dysfunction in that band, and here he is, pretty much rising above it all, saying the right things, doing the right things. And had it all played out just a little differently, a final send-off that sets it all right again.

I'll buy his album just to support everything he seems to be.

    Good interview as well.

You gotta wonder if Dave has any real, close relationships with anyone. And I don't mean that in a bad way. He's just a one-of-a kind fella.

And good interview with good questions fron Rolling Stone. Every time I completely give up on RS, they pull me back in...

Good kid. Good son. Good man.

I like his music and look forward to hearing more of it.

And we couldn't have asked for a better son, Wolfie.

Ever record that kind of thing just for fun, though?
I’ve never thought of myself as a shredder, but there’s one song on the album that has a fun breakdown, where the guitar and the bass are soloing and then there’s a drum solo.

Shyboy 2.0 into a Drum solo.... what...??

Iím pretty sure after Ed passed, people understood what the deal was. Are people still giving Wolf shit? At least I havenít seen anything but love & props going out to him. To be fair, before last month, you canít really blame people for wondering whatís up with the delays when nobody knew Ed was that sick.
