I will be honest, I didn't watch it. I got the China Flu....relax and actually was tired for the first time in 4 days so decided to turn in.

That said I don't need to hear a speech by any president on the state of the union. I can look around and see. I know yesterday some of my buddies at Zoom got laid off. 1500 people got canned and the CEO mentioned the economy. I know its robust but then again I look at inflation. Still there. Still very expensive to buy shit. Especially those things that come out of chickens. Never had that before. Still have supply chain issues. 2 years now. What has the Mayor done to fix it? 2 years on the job and to my knowledge one can't buy a new car at MSRP. Its over. Interest rates are killing the housing market due ot inflation. Understood but people who depend on home sales, fixer uppers, contracting, etc are getting killed due to lack of new home growth. I see car dealerships being broken into weekkly around here. Our postal service recommends you do not drop letters in their federally protected mail boxes anymore on federal ground due to theft. I see the populatrion of Louisana coming across our border per year with nothing being done outside of chants of racism if you don't like it. I see a freaking spy balloon float across this country and the response was "well this has happened before and we dod it to" I see the governemnet limiting free speech and sheep being ok with it. I see deficit spending without a care. I see anybody who challenges our support to Ukraine as being immediatley labeled as a Russian stooge even though they may present a valid argument.

So I don't need a speech to see the state of the Union. We are fucked The amazing thing is is that half of our people think this is the best of times.

MTG yelled out "China is spying on us". I don't see that as crazy at all. She has done nothing that has made any changes good or bad to any of us. AOC is and those who are calling out MTG should be talking about AOC and the likes. While there isn't much going on upstairs with AOC, she is being used to push the green deal.

That speech like may others was a huge failure and filled with lies. There seems to be fewer Democrats happy with the shit sandwiches Biden keeps feeding them, but there are still far too many eating them up.
