The old JFRocks Van Halen stuff
Long time since I posted here, 2012 tour. Anyways, I was looking up Van Halen lessons and ran into JFRocks.com. OMG, I had forgotten all about that site and the VH CD's he produced before getting the VH Lawyers to shut him down. I had bought the first couple CD's, but at the time it was way over my head, and 16 yrs later I have no idea if I even had those anymore.
Did anyone here archive them and still have them? If not can you recommend any good alternatives?

So I have everything up to OU812; unfortunately my OU812 CD/DVD was bad and I did not notice until checking it out way after everything was taken down. I know Jeff and Kelly pretty well there (I am a former forum mod) but they basically said the archives were gone......
It's 5150 time!

The old JFRocks Van Halen stuff
Jeff was a true badass. He tabbed and explained how to play VH like no one else at the time. Way before it was a nerdy thing to do. He was just fantastic for a guitar player wanting to learn those tunes.
I saved about 20-30 videos of his on a hard drive somewhere, I’ll have to look.
His best tip I took from him was, and this is how locked in he was, that Ed upstroked parts of the Unchained main intro and chorus chords.

Honestly at this point I don't really care what happens however I now finally see why Ford pardoned Nixon. It gave the country the clean break. It pulled the bandaid off so we could move forward.
