    Fun show.
They were my 1st concert! AC/DC in June '88 with White Lion opening. Literally the loudest concert I've ever been to

AC/DC was loud, but nothing was as loud as GNR on the UYI Tour, at least for me.

Holy shit, it was to the point of being painful, people had their fingers in their ears.

Saw AC/DC a bunch of times. Awesome live band. The first and most memorable time was The For Those About To Rock tour in 82. Saw them in NJ at the Brendan Byrne arena. Back in the day my friends dad would get us tickets to all the concerts in the area. My friend was away at college so I called him and asked if his dad could get us tickets. Well...he called back and said that his dad would get us the tickets but we had to take his 10 year old brother and his friend to the concert with us. The rest of the story involves myself..my best friend... two 10 year old boys and two hookers in the back of my 77 Buick Regal !!! Such great times !!!

Loudest show I recall is Marilyn Manson at New 'Halen' Coliseum. Must've been late 90's. It certainly was an experience. But it was fuckin' too loud.

Nashville Pussy opened up for them...and yes, I realized how that sounded as soon as I typed it. Never heard of them before or since, but they were a fun, loud band. I remember they had 2 girls on stage scantily clad and making out.

There's no need for rock concerts to be ear bleeding loud anymore with all the advances in technology.

I was quite surprised at how un loud Maiden was. Didn't needn't ear plugs at all for the whole show.

Yes. Maiden is like the right amount of loud. I've been in the first couple of rows for them and it's just fine.

Loudest concerts I've been to have to be Van Halen in 1984, not the band but the audience. It may be because it was my first concert too but I've never heard a crowd that loud since. For bands it would have to be BOC at a small venue in Hartford, CT called The Webster Theater in the early 2000's. It was painfully loud. One of the worst from a sound point of view was AIC at Foxwoods. We had front row seats and were allowed to get right up to the stage. The only sound you could here that close was the drums and bass. Barely could hear Jerry or William due to the front of house speakers being basically behind us. It was still an awesome experience though being that close to the stage.
I used to jog but the ice cubes kept falling out of my glass.
