It is extremely telling that the Pats missed the playoffs for the first time since 2008 while Brady is going to the Super Bowl in his first year with the Bucs.

Brady went to the easier conference.

Tampa was a team on the rise while NE wasn't. And Newton was a disaster.

Sounds about right, even with TB playing at home. I wonder how much that factors into it with the game being played in TB. During normal times, it's good for a couple points.

I don't like Brady or Bellichick but right now, Brady is up on Bill. Yeah more talent, etc but you are also discussing Bruce Ariens vs Bill Bellichick. One guy is a good HC. The other is a HOF Coach and maybe the greatest of all time. You also let him go or gave him the option to go. So there is some stink on Bill.

I was hoping the Bills were going to pull it out but KC was just too much. Oh and glad that head to head hits are now penalties again in the playoffs. :-)
