California Wildfires

So get this. The singer in my band had to evacuate his home. So the bass player lost his home and now our singer and his family had to evacuate their home. BUT he was allowed back in. I guess they’ve sort of gotten it under control. How fucking weird is that?

Now this is not near our house really but my wife says there are ashes everywhere, so it’s certainly not THAT far away. And I’m here in Texas on business and this shit is going on again which I was afraid would happen.

There’s a small fire in Oxnard and another in Santa Paula. And there’s a big one 12k acres near Magic Mountain.

Thanks man. We’re still OK. It’s not really near us. We’re just in an area that is also very susceptible to a fire breaking out like this.

I’m in Austin. But dude, they have us doing shit almost 24 hours a day. I wouldn’t even have any time to hang out. And I’m going home tomorrow.
