Anyone who thinks going hard left and having this Democrat Party in charge of all 3 branches is a good thing is woefully ignorant.

i am hopeful that if that happens that the real world smacks down many of their bad ideas.

Cher had the last word at a Sunday fundraiser for Joe Biden.

The Goddess of Pop was the final act in the I Will Vote Concert, a star-studded digital event that also featured John Legend, P!nk, the Black Eyed Peas, and more. Cher sang a version of "Happiness Is a Thing Called Joe," an Oscar-nominated song from the 1943 film musical Cabin in the Sky.

It was re-written by Cher herself in support of the Democratic presidential candidate.

Trump must be insanely jealous right now.

    Ugh! shoot me now.

With either one of them you have to hope that they will put together the best administration possible. That's how a President's success or failure gets measured. No one person can make a difference except in leadership. We have had Trump style leadership in full effect and we have seen how it takes the "very best" " brilliant" "tremendous" people and turns them into "idiots" and "losers" and "bums". The number of careers left in ruins at the feet of Trump is enough to tell me that he is an ineffective leader. It's time for him to move on and just become an opposition mouth piece on Fox

The last president who managed the deficit some was Clinton. Before that you have to go back to JFK. If I'm wrong don't beat me up.

They are doing everything they can to protect Joe Biden and in all the years of following the press, never seen anything like it. I understand that hatred of Trump but my concern is with everything else, the next GOP nominee will be treated the same way. Its just going to be the new norm with censoring actual news worthy articles.

What happens in the next few years when Social Media is not going to allow anybody to be critical?

I am ok with Trump losing to Joe Biden. However he isn't losing to just Joe. We are going to lose everything that we have grown up with. Not being an alarmist but can you imagine what it will be like next year at this time? California is our way forward. New York is our way forward. That is the ideal. Nothing against the people but our government, their overreach, etc is going to be modeled after that.

Just imagine John Kerry having a voice again in foreign policy. Just imagine AOC actually growing in power. Elizabeth Warren, Bernie, etc all will hold positions of power. This is going to be the new norm and considering that nobody was able to do anything about it now, just imagine it in a few years. Things are not going to get better.

Right now I do wish that Hillary won in 2016. Had I known it would have led to what is about ready to come, I would have campaigned for her.
The pendulum will inevitably swing back towards the Right again. It may take several election cycles, but it will happen.

Of course, by that time we may already be knee deep in Civil War.

The last time this happened self insured folks incurred health premium increases of 100- 300 % which continue today. I suppose cap and trade or some other boondoggle is next.

Joe would surround himself with Energy Czars, Covid Czars, and Job Czars, etc., because that worked so well in the Obummer Administration.

Oh, don't worry about that!! Uncle Joe and his successor in office, will gladly call in the UN forces to establish "order."

See China UN forces come to America to help establish order.

    So, just no to that!!

I used to believe in the pendulum but not anymore. This country has simply lost its way. After what will be coming down in the next two years, there will be no coming back. I mean for as much as Trump is hated, he isn't nearly as conservative as what Romney would have been had he won. Nor McCain or what GW was. However you would never believe it. They will do the same to Rubio, or whomever will pick up the mantle in 2024. Once they pack the Supreme's it is over. No matter how fucked up the legislative or executive branch was, you could always count on the Supremes to at least try to adhere to the Constitution.

I mean people actually believe what the GOP has done with the Supremes is unconsitutional. Its not. Are they hypocrites? Sure but its perfectly legal.

That will be gone. I mean we have censorship with social media and everybody is fine with it. Cancel culture isn't going away but will be worse. Just think what they will do with COVID. Its not going away so government mandates of everything will be coming. Governments never pass up an opportunity to take advantage of a crisis. California, NY is the goal. No more borders with a pandemic. That will work.

I used to hope that the voters would be smart enough but they are simply lemmings anymore. As I said if it was simply Joe Biden I could live on. Its not him that I am scared of.

Shit I really wish that Canada would simply invade us and take over. Would be a much better life then what is coming. At least we would have sensible people on the left running the country.
