They were saying last night that 13 guys on Alabama's roster will be drafted, and then of course you will have UFA making rosters.

Last night was a bad NFL team playing a good college team.

The NFL team won.

I remember when the All America team would play the NFL champs every August. A few times the college all stars would win. They ended that game when salaries got into the millions. Was a fun game to watch.

Darrin, makes Notre Dame's loss to Alabama look pretty damn good.

Only Alabama has five start recruits sitting on the bench waiting for their turn. That roster is unbelievable.

I know some people, including some of my relatives, think Clemson could have beaten Alabama.

No way. Ohio State put 49 on Clemson's defense, Alabama would have done the same, and more if needed. Alabama could have put up 70 last night if they wanted to.

ND defense started slow and our QB was inaccurate on 3rd downs despite being very good all year. Otherwise ND did not do the usual just lay an egg. We played a decent game but they were just that good. The Bama receiver had 5 first down catches on 3rd down and everytime a ND corner was draped on him being the guy in a Jordan dunk poster. They have special players and 3 deep 5 star. No one loves shitting on the shanty Kelly but not a lot different he really could have done that game. We were inaccurate on 3rd down in the red zone our first 3 drives and walked away with almost nothing. Can not do that and beat Bama, they are just too good to allow them to get up.

ND will have a rough season next year with replacing the entire starting offensive line and no definite number 1 QB yet.
