Listen- I’m not kidding when I say this…This is serious shit…...Justin Trudeau made a huge mistake dining with Trump & especially stating that the 25% Tariff will completely kill the Canadian economy….all he did was show weakness…..guys like Trump have no respect for that kinda thing….of course Trump already knows the potential ramifications of the 25% tariff….it’s basically a declaration of an impending trade war with Canada.

Trudeau rushing down there in a mad panic achieved absolutely nothing positive for Canada. All it did was boost Trump’s power in the trade status with Canada.

Trudeau can’t go down there and grovel like a poor little defenceless kindergarten kid talking to a big schoolyard bully and say, ….. “ Golly Gee Mr. Trump if you hit us with a 25% tariff it will destroy our economy “…..

Are you freaking kidding me….cmon….

Trudeau needs something to offer as an inducement. Something to trade. An idea to diffuse the situation and make headway insofar as realistic meeting grounds. Or failing that use something substantial to fight back with. Such as the Alberta oil exports & electric hydro power. You have to fight fire with fire.

It seems like a better move to me to meet Trump face to face, than to just threaten him back with Tariffs. Which is what Mexico did.

Trump’s supposed dinner jokes about Canada becoming the 51st state & Justin Trudeau being the governor were not lighthearted humour at all. They clearly have absolutely no respect for Justin Trudeau and Canada whatsoever.

After he made those lousy condescending insulting comments Justin Trudeau should’ve ideally stood up from the dinner table and politely Thanked him for his hospitality & complimented him on his beautiful estate and walked out immediately afterwards & headed back home to Canada right away.

I’m sure everyone here is up to speed with the latest developments regarding Trump’s recent comments….



"We're subsidizing Canada to the tune over $100 billion a year. We're subsidizing Mexico for almost $300 billion. We shouldn't be — why are we subsidizing these countries?" Trump said to NBC News. "If we're going to subsidize them, let them become a state."

And just yesterday, Trump appeared to be mocking Trudeau, calling him “Governor Justin Trudeau(opens in a new tab)” in a post on Truth Social.

"It was a pleasure to have dinner the other night with Governor Justin Trudeau of the Great State of Canada. I look forward to seeing the Governor again soon so that we may continue our in depth talks on Tariffs and Trade, the results of which will be truly spectacular for all!" Trump wrote.


The comments are not jokes. They have big plans ahead.

I’m thinking a very similar scenario akin to Russia & Ukraine.

Canada needs to make some new friends very quickly.

I like Justin Trudeau but he’s simply not tough enough.

2025 is the year of the snake. Things are going to get slippery soon. Very slippery.
