A lot of boredom, a little bit (ok, a lot) of beer & here we are, folks. We've had the drum intros threads, which were fun! I figured I'd start up the "guess the riff" thread. Here's the catch, my stupid ass is playing them. First round, I took it easy. 17 riffs & there's no reason anybody on here shouldn't guess at least 13 of them. And yes, I'm fully aware I flubbed a couple of them. Running on fumes, folks! I'm off to bed. I look forward to seeing your guesses tomorrow.

11 is by a band I rave about constantly.

7, the one I expect nobody to guess, is an old WWF theme song.

That leaves only 8 and 16 & I'm really surprised nobody's gotten those yet.

The band is usually a favorite among hard rock/metalheads. (Not Accept, Sam vs. Dave)

Another hint. If nobody gets it by tomorrow morning, I will give the answer.

8 came out in 2018 and was off the band's best album in nearly 30 years.

16 came out in 1980 and was off the band's most commercially successful album.
