Mentioned it on fb & about 10 others remembered and got it done too.

Absolutely HATE them.

I did mine way back, when it came in the mail.
Filled it out, mailed it with my own postage, because they're too cheap to
do it.

Done.
Nope.

A month later: we have not received a response, please follow the link on this
card, and submit your information.

Mildly annoyed...

Then they threaten me with somebody visiting to get the census information.

How freaking incompetent are these people?!

So i submit online a third time!

Yeah, two different numbers that i had to add, before proceeding to the page.

I was complaining about this on the city Neighbors page, or whatever it's called, which
is like a mini FB of snarky adults.

One guy said: Gee, instead of whining here, maybe you should...uhm....call them?

Total dickhead.
I was just trying to see if others had similar issues.

And why do i have to waste even more of my time, calling them?

I think at first that I don't care about it, but then realize I do care since a census really is necessary and especially an accurate one, and so I participate. A lot depends on it, actually. It is our duty to participate.

Well cool I have been shirking my duties and will continue to do so. I can’t tell you how little I give a fuck about the census. On a scale of 1-100 of things I care about, it’s #106. .

What depends on the census?

One thing is Fed monies distributed to a state depend on these numbers. Especially relevant in times of national crisis and disaster, like now.
