I guess CBS n ESPN got into a bidding war and this is the result. Ridiculous sure, he’s still the only color guy I stop and actually listen to. The others I’ll just fast forward. And that includes Aikman.

Romo is definitely better at this. Not the greatest voice but he's got the knowledge.

Oh, the drama...

I have thought he was gone since last off-season, when he signed this contract. I have zero doubt Belichick intended to move him and go forward with Jimmy G at the end of the 2017 season. Whether that didn't happen because TB was playing too well or RKK intervened, I have no idea. I think there's no way BB is going to pay him what he deserves, because he doesn't pay ANYONE what they deserve, and I think TB has had about enough of BB.

The danger with Kraft intervening is that, if it's against BB's wishes, they risk BB walking, and he is FAR more valuable to the Pats than the current version of TB.

At this point, I will be surprised if Brady isn't in TN or LA next season (either LA team). With LV and NE dark horses.

I know you guys are sick of the drama up there, but I would take all the drama that comes along with six titles and about a gazillion straight playoff appearances.

Side note, one of the few unknown stats.

Longest pass and catch in NFL history with no yards after catch.

Don Meredith to Bob Hayes...83 YARDS!!!! My guess is that Don had a cannon.

Meredith was a dam good qb. He got into the championship games but lost to the Packers . Ice bowl was one of them. He retired early still had gas left . If he or Staubach had started SB5 not Morton they would have beat Baltimore.
