I never did get the shot. I wasn't forced to. I was always a mask guy on this end. Who knows anymore. Did it help? Maybe. Did I look bad ass rocking a mask. Duh...I did Those that got THE shots. Great. Those that didn't. Great as well. Like a great Indian gal once told me. Don't do what the dog always wants when he barks. Out.

One size fits all has definitely been proven not to apply.

Well, now that we have better treatments and the virus has weakened (at least for now), it's not as big a concern as it once was.

My 81 yr old dad received his 2nd booster (4th shot total) in early November and is just now feeling better--he had night sweats and mild fevers for 2 weeks and fatigue that is just now wearing off. He went through a battery of blood tests and Covid tests (all negative). He said he's all done with the vaccine. We did some research and there was one other person in the area to have a similar reaction, he ended up in the hospital. I don't have a problem with him giving up on the vaccine at this point--we're obviously in a much better spot than we were when this thing started.

Finally tested positive for covid. Fever and chills. Bad cough. High fever. Taking acetaminophen to try and bring fever down.

That sucks..sorry to hear. I had a pretty mild case but still felt like shit for a few days. Sense of smell was jacked for a while too.

James, hang in there bro! Give Advil a shot for the fever. And drink lots of fluids, like ice tea. CBD can also help to keep you calm and relaxed if you want to give that a try.

James, hope you're feeling better! My girlfriend and I caught covid after visiting Las Vegas in 2020 before any vaxx were available and it did suck but after about a week we started to feel better, altho my chick still has some health issues related to her illness. Keep hanging in there!
