    Default Remember Northern Exposure?

If you remember the television show Northern Exposure, it featured a local radio station in the middle of nowhere in Alaska. It was a way to bring the local area together. John Corbett played the most prominent DJ and they played a huge variety of music.

    Well, here's a real-life version.

    https://www.kucb.org/

I'd guess it's not the only station out there like this.

One of my favorite shows. And it featured the absolutely gorgeous Janine Turner.

She was stunning. Wasn't she in a decent movie with Sly Stallone and John Lithgow? Can't remember the name of it.
If I don't respond to you it means I have you on ignore, which means you are a douchenozzle.

Clliffhanger, one of Stallone's best films. One of my sisters is deathly afraid of heights and I'll never forget watching that on tv with her. She had never seen it, and that opening sequence where the girl falls to her death, had my sister's palms sweating lol.

Another turn on for me about Turner is she is a good conservative Texan.

You should see that same scene in the theater!

Another one that gave me vertigo in the theater, was Vanilla Sky with Tom Cruise.

I just remember lots of aerial shots of tops of huge buildings, and someone jumping.

I cannot recall what the actual plot was.

I've never seen Vanilla Sky. I remember it being "strange" supposedly, but dont remember why. Isn't a thriller?

I always think of this scene when I think of Northern Exposure:
