Edward's Bare Naked Guitars
For a long time I've been particularly intrigued by Edward's un-finished guitars, much more than anything with stripes on it. It started when I bought the Guitar World with Edward holding the Dragon/Snake on the cover, from my neighborhood White Hen Pantry, late 1980ish.
Inside the article was the Pick Ax picture, and my first glimpse of many of his other guitars, including the thick bare one on the floor;
This guitar also appears to be the same as this one from the WACF session shots;
Many years later I learned of the Rude guitar, and developed a hunch that it was originally the thick mahogany one that I had started referring to as the Hog, but could not confirm the slightly off angle jack plate that the Rude has. The Rude also seems to have a slimmer waistline, which could have easily been done with a bandsaw, but the angle of the jack plate was a telltale sign.
More recently, I found this pic and mistook it as the Hog;
But it is clearly not the Hog, because of the volume knob location, nor is it the pre Rude, because of the jack angle. Note: this bare guitar has a pick up ring, fine tune Floyd, and a 23 fret neck.
It appears to be this one;
Then I found this pic, and it seems to have a smaller horns, and the Dano neck;
Then I found this one, which appears to be the Hog, sitting right next to the Rude;
Currently, I am for the idea that the Rude is the Rude, and Edward had a bunch of slightly different bare guitars, and I'm still somewhat confused, but mostly my own doing.
Here's the Rude for comparison's sake;
Note: Different jack plate angle, slimmer waist, pick up further away from the Floyd.

I think the guitar next to the Hog in the second to last, B&W photo is actually the Unchained/Circles guitar and not the Rude, given the "Bye See Ya Later" lettering.
